Opening leap day, 2012, founders Paul and Pam Saito and our team of cooks at Five Hooks Fish Grill will prepare health-conscious dishes using  naturally fresh ingredients, sustainable seafood and as well as naturally gluten free selections.

We charbroil daily deliveries of salmon and giant prawns, as well as True Cod, Halibut, Ahi, Albacore and seasonal exotics. Tacos topped with house made cream sauce, freshly made Pico de Gallo and our special slaw . These special tacos are created to order and not assembly line versions of fast food.
